Chris Kambo

Personal Trainer
Chris’ philosophy is to train the mind, connect the body and strengthen the central nervous system. His coaching style focuses on nutrition, supplementation and training, as he believes these to be the most important aspects of fitness and healthy aging. He has over 15 years of experience as a bodybuilder and martial artist (specialising in muay thai and kickboxing). He also has a keen interest in strongman sports and professional bodybuilding. All prescribed nutrition, supplementation plans and training programs are adopted from metaanalysed scientific research

Sharnee Griffiths

Personal Trainer
Sharnee is a personal trainer, wellness coach and a former athlete, who helps clients improve their overall health and fitness, by providing them with the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise, mentorship and a suitable plan for the journey ahead.
